Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on UIBuild (the "Platform"), you enter into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately.
2. User Authentication & Security
To protect the integrity of our marketplace, UIBuild employs Cloudflare Turnstile and Firebase App Check to monitor for fraudulent, automated, or malicious activity.
- Bot Prohibition: Any attempt to bypass security measures or create accounts via automated scripts is a material breach of this agreement.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Intellectual Property (IP)
- Submissions: By uploading UI components, you grant UIBuild a non-exclusive, world-wide license to host, display, and distribute said content.
- Originality: You warrant that any code submitted is your own or that you have the legal right to distribute it.
4. Financial Terms & Anti-Fraud
As the Platform involves potential earnings and PayPal integration:
- Verification: UIBuild reserves the right to manually audit any account's activity before processing payouts.
- Fraudulent Earnings: Any "likes," "downloads," or "interactions" generated by bots, click-farms, or self-promotion via multiple accounts will result in immediate forfeiture of all funds and permanent account termination.
- PayPal Disputes: Users agree to contact UIBuild support before initiating any PayPal disputes. Unjustified chargebacks will result in a permanent ban.
5. Limitation of Liability
UIBuild is provided "as-is." We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of code snippets found on the Platform or for any temporary service interruptions.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform's business interests.
